"Gong is a must for any modern seller"

What do you like best about Gong? The ability to go back, listen to the call again, and focus on areas that relate to qualification. I am also sending out a copy of the recording after every call to the customer to help them be on the same page as well. What do you dislike about Gong? The automated emails reminding me of upcoming calls with links to prior calls is also super helpful. Being able to listen to other colleagues' calls as I ramp at my new company has been very valuable, and also the metrics that show me what "topics" I've hit on and the percentages associated with them against my peers is a great benchmark and insight into what I ...
