"It's a solid experience"

What do you like best about Gong? It makes it easy to find my calls and review them when I need information that was spoken about on the call. What do you dislike about Gong? I want the capability to have the transcript of the call in a readable form rather than it play alongside the call. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I am solving the problem of knowing what conversation was had with a customer. The tool makes it easy to follow up with the proper documentation.
