What do you like best about Gong? I love the transcript feature so I can read the conversation vs. listening to my own voice. I also enjoy the tagging available so I can search other calls for similar topics. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing! It works great for my purposes. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to listen to conversations around specific products or features quickly.

What do you like best about Gong? Ease of use. Intuitive content navigation. Excellent integration with Slack and Google. Speech recognition was beneficial. What do you dislike about Gong? Recording loads slow. The playback might get stuck if the progress bar is adjusted too frequently. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Suitable for training purposes.

I love being able to have calls analyzed with keywords, overused words, repetitions, who is talking more, etc, it just really helps me learn and build better conversations with customers. What do you dislike about Gong? Make searches easier to find specific call types so you can find the calls you need faster.
