What do you like best about Gong? I like that you can leave comments in certain areas of a call and send it to your manager What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing I can say I "dislike". I think the software is great What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I find that Gong solves productivity issues. It's much easier to access my calls and send them to my manager for review

What do you like best about Gong? I like the ability for my manager to easily send me notes to help me do better. What do you dislike about Gong? I dislike how long it takes for a call to upload and I often forget to go back and review certain ones if it is taking too long. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I love that I can review a call and have specific notes to refer to

What do you like best about Gong? Great UI, does the job. Really can't complain and I love the snippet feature to share small bits instead of the whole call. + the gong support is great if you need anything. What do you dislike about Gong? Sometimes the audi is converted to text and some of the words arent 100% accurate depending on the speakers accent, but its still nice to have the text transcript. What do you like best about Gong? The fact that they write out everything spoken on the phone calls. Allows me to pick up on things I wouldn't have caught normally. What do you dislike about Gong? Sometimes it can be challenging to scrub on the calls What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to catch things I wouldn't have otherwise.

What do you like best about Gong? It's easy to search for topics/themes in a conversation and/or across multiple conversations. What do you dislike about Gong? I really don't have any complaints or issues with Gong at this time. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Able to quickly identify sales, CS, and customer pain points.

What do you like best about Gong? I like how it's easy to use and it's really helpful in tracking information in my conversations. It enables my AEs to keep abreast of my discussion which allows for effective collaboration. What do you dislike about Gong? There's little to dislike but i think the how it tracks accents could be improved. I love the transcript feature but it may not catch the words accurately and it becomes tedious to review the clip. I love that gong lets me track anything I want to look for on a call quickly and that it alerts me via email, making it easier to find calls to listen to and coach reps. What do you like best about Gong? Gong's AI is the best I have ever seen. I love that I can look up an individual word on a call and skip right to that point. Plus, I also love the stats they give you as far as filler words and phrases I use and how many times I've used them. Gong is my favorite coach. What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? This is an easy system to listen to your meetings to assist with taking notes and learning how to improve your overall presentations. I like the feature that you can skip ahead to the next speaker and or drag the icon to the place in the meeting where you would like to listen. Great tool for training new reps in the business.
