What do you like best about Gong? Gong is a simple, easy to use platform. I used it all of the time when in internal facing roles to quickly review customer calls. Now, as a customer success manager, I use gong on every call. It's great for reviewing your calls quickly before the big business review, and for creating a quick action plan. What do you like best about Gong? The "write me a recap email" - it makes my life a lot easier. What do you dislike about Gong? I often mention my follow-up steps a few times in a conversation. The tool often duplicates these on my recap email and I have to delete them. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Follow up emails.

I use this alongside the Points of Interest function to ensure I'm making strategic and informed decisions for my accounts.
