"Impressive platform with great functionalities"

What do you like best about Gong? Conversation intelligence functionalities provides great insights. What do you dislike about Gong? Deal monitoring functionality is super insightful however not relevant for my role. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Gong is providing great insights on how sales calls are conducted. This allows managers to review converastions, provide feedbacks and address changes if needed.

"Quick Solution to Accelerate Sales"

What do you like best about Gong? Being able to go back and through the transcript feature toeasily identify key areas that the customer is looking for. Further the features that allow for quick synopsises of the call make it easy for custoer support. What do you dislike about Gong? I do not like how it takes an extra spot on the screen, it can make the meeting seem busy. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps me mainly convert more sales

What do you like best about Gong? Gong's UI has improved a lot a is now really intuitiuve. I love that it reminds me of my recent calls, it updates my on my pipeline, and it allows me to share as much or as little of a call that is relevant with colleagues and clients. "Can't Work Without It"

What do you like best about Gong? The transcription and note taking is critical. I'm in Sales and can't write perfect notes of each call while still actively listening. With Gong, I know I can go back and listen or read through my calls to see if I missed anything or should have responded a different way. Truly couldn't do my job without it.
