"Best way to get a transcript and recording of your call. Much better at recording than Zoom is"

What do you like best about Gong? I like the transcript functionality and the ability to easily access previous meeting recordings. What do you dislike about Gong? I do not feel that there is anything missing at this time. Recommendations to others considering Gong: No recommendations that I can make What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I get to listen to my calls with my manager, so I am able to get concise and direct feedback on what I did good or bad.

What do you like best about Gong? I like how you're able to look at calls from teammates, being able to see the time it took and also download the transcript is helpful. What do you like best about Gong? Gong is easy to use. The playback is great for training, and I like how you can see both the video and transcript. It's also easy to share with team/leaders or clients. We use the scoring elements as well, and nice to have different options to do this.
