What do you like best about Gong? It has so many beautiful features like tagging adding to the library. Helps in kind of database creation for all the meeting happening. "Great tool for re-evaluating performance and sales training"

What do you like best about Gong? I just started a new sales position, and I love being able to go and "sit in" on other sales rep's previous calls, learn more about what our clients need, and great responses to questions I wouldn't of been able glean on my own volition. What do you like best about Gong? Being able to identify key words and pinpoint where they are said on the calls! What do you dislike about Gong? Sometimes the fast forward and rewind feature glitch. Recommendations to others considering Gong: GO FOR IT!!! What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to go back and review calls, see where I made a mistake, and correct them for the future.

What do you like best about Gong? The search bar feature so I can find key points of my conversation fast and easily without having to spend time reviewing the whole conversation or listening to full dialogues. What do you like best about Gong? Being able to have our calls/meetings/transcripts uploaded and organized by the deal/company. We use Gong integrated with Salesloft, Gmail and Zoom. What do you like best about Gong? Gong is seamlessly integrated into our calls so I don't have to remember to record before every meeting. There are so many times during a call when I think "thank goodness this is being recorded"! What do you dislike about Gong? It's a bit hard to search for calls and I wish there was a bit more organization on how recordings are displayed/ organized so we can easily find them. Maybe some type of tagging functionality?
