What do you like best about Gong? I like that I can go back to every call and re-listen to them so that I am not missing anything. What do you dislike about Gong? I don't dislike anything. Nothing is missing, based on my current usage. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I can get a lot more information than I can remember.

What do you like best about Gong? I use Gong videos to review how experienced colleagues position our offerings and what are the most frequent questions from prospects. I like the possibility to skip intro parts of the call and focus on the qualification and q&a. I also like the feature to fast forward to the speaker I want to hear. What do you like best about Gong? I like that all of our calls are automatically stored in Gong. It is easy to find, locate and track all ongoing calls. Plus, the reminder to email with the call embedded in it is great. What do you dislike about Gong? Search function does not always work full, it can be hard to find a call at time. The comparative stats between individual teammates, featured in the 'Team stats' app. This is a great way to recognise top-performers on the team, while showing newer folks the benchmark to set themselves to. Some in-app prompts would be helpful to direct users to the academy resources as I was using the product for a long time before I realised there was on demand training available there.
