What do you like best about Gong? I like that I can search keywords and locate recordings that are helpful for me to learn my new sales roles. I also like that I can print the transcripts to create my scripts. What do you dislike about Gong? The word recognition could be a little stronger, I think. What do you like best about Gong? I love how it helps me coach. It's basically game film. It helps me get better as a manager, and more importantly, it helps my reps close business. It helps me make sure all the reps are using similar messaging and doing what they need to do to close business. What do you like best about Gong? Seeing the transcript and the clear visual about who is speaking (and skip around accordingly) are great. What do you dislike about Gong? Not many. Perhaps the mobile implementation could use some work. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? I use it primarily for sharing context asynchronously.

I wish every company used this - especially in a sales role it's so important to know the in's and out's of every account and Gong has allowed me to get ahold of the small details not captured in notes from former employees, and also revisit past calls of my own to ensure I didn't miss anything on my follow up to customers.
