"A necessary tool & aid for all salespeople"
What do you like best about Gong? My facorite feature, the spotlight. Such a nice recap of the conversation. But of course the recording, action items and ability to reference the script is extremely helpful. Easy to use, good integration. What do you dislike about Gong? Call rating, especially when it comes to patience. Filler words count as interuptions so you almost have to speak like a robot and do facial agreements only so that it doesn't count against your rating. What problems is ...

What do you like best about Gong? I recently moved back into a client facing role and using Gong's insights features including call recap, next steps and the new 'ask anything' has made getting up to speed quickly on account interactions not only possible, but a dream! "Most complete sales platform to date"
What do you like best about Gong? Everything! Gong does a tremendous job of consolidating the many tasks involved with closing deals and relaying that information in a concise platform. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing. Gong doesn't have any issues and if they do its fixed quickly. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Call reporting, note taking, coaching, feedback, next steps, organization. Allows improved performance, quicker sales cycles and higher ACV.

"I LOVE Gong. I couldn't do my job without it!"
What do you like best about Gong? I love being able to go back and listen to (or read the transcript) customer discovery calls. It allows me to focus on the conversation vs taking frantic notes. Its great how I can speed up the re-play to listen to the call very quickly - or jump ahead to listen to a specific person. Also, searching for specific words that were said is very handy.
