Its hard to turn off sometimes and some clients don't like the pop up let them know they are being recorded, its alittle overbearing. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Its great to look back on the transcripts and find what someone was speaking too without having to watch the whole video to identify when that came up

What do you like best about Gong? The transcriptions are super helpful, you get it separated by speaker and can even use the search to find what you are looking for. The mail reports also help to have a good overview of what topics are going on with your team. What do you dislike about Gong? There is not much I dislike about it. What do you like best about Gong? I get to immediately review what went right and wrong on a call. I can see my action items. What do you like best about Gong? It just doesn't provide the call recording, rather it provides breakdowns and analysis of the call. At the same time when each call recording is availy, it shows the talk ratio and audio transcript too. What do you dislike about Gong? Sometimes the break downs of the call segments are bot accurate, but literally that's not much of a problem for me since I can understand from the context. What do you like best about Gong? I like that I do not have to set up the gong for every call and it does it automatically. What do you dislike about Gong? The things that I dislike is that sometimes it does not select the correct words that were said in the video within the transcript. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Using Gong allows me to give my full attention to the customer knowing that any minor details that I missed, I can go back and listen to the call.
