What do you like best about Gong? The fact that it records all of our meetings automatically but doesn't feel intrusive during the call itself What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? All the features are amazing. The ability to share clips is great. I like that you can expire a video link with a customer too. Adds urgency. Transcript is something I use often. Being able to go in and just search for something that was said helps a lot and saves time to get to a specific part of a video. The analytics blows my mind. It allows for more focus on the prospect & continues to impress with the smart features throughout the dashboard. What do you dislike about Gong? What do you like best about Gong? The way you can share and review based on preview analysis is that's gongs delivered to you. You can find punctual errors and practice for a better pitch in next time if the client. The feature of sharing to receive feedback it's amazing for me and my team because every call recorded we create a routine to discuss to understand what could be better or share good sentences, impact phrases etc...
