What do you like best about Gong? I like the fact that since the calls are recorded and transcribed, you can quickly review your calls after the fact and follow up accordingly. Identifies pipe at risk, breaks down WHAT reps/clients are talking about, talk distribution, has transcripts AND video, and is crucial to finding positive replicable behaviors and coaching opportunities.
