Love that Gong allows for me to go back and listen to prior calls between myself and my customers as well as listen to counterparts' calls as well for further development and insight. As a CSM, it is very helpful to be able to listen to calls done with the client during the sales process so that I can come better prepared for my calls with them.

What do you like best about Gong? I love being able to review previous calls from customers especially if I may have missed something in my notes. I can review the questions again and make sure I communicate all action items to the customer. I also love the notifications about follow-up emails. What do you dislike about Gong?
