What do you like best about Gong? Call recording and transcription service are really solid, makes note taking and follow ups so easy. What do you dislike about Gong? It's expensive, and some of the integrations aren't always reliable (Salesforce, etc.) What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving notetaking for sales and CS, also coaching. It's just made both easier.

What do you like best about Gong? Gong stats and ability to provide feedback among the team. What do you dislike about Gong? There should be a favorite calls section in the library automatically. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Better understanding clients, rep training and feedback, product enhancement and specific introduction to clients for insight.

What do you like best about Gong? Works in so many ways! Provides valuable metrics, and insight into calls. Easy to understand where there is room for improvement. What do you dislike about Gong? Would like it to adapt to recording regular calls, not only virtual meetings. Recommendations to others considering Gong: If you hold virtual meetings with customers, you have to try it. "Great tool for takings notes with out taking notes."

What do you like best about Gong? Having a tool that allows you to focus on the conversation versus being distracted by taking notes. To replay the conversation and catch those details is priceless. What do you dislike about Gong? Still learning all of the bells and whistles to Gong. If anything I would suggest is a tutorial video to show you all of the benefits of how to effectively utilize Gong. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gong? Gong makes recording, sharing and taking notes incredibly easy. What do you dislike about Gong? Sometimes the transcripts are off a bit but that is understandable. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Visibility of calls across our organization has helped tremendously in training.

What do you like best about Gong? I've used other tools that don't record every call or the process is just a bit janky - Gong is always there, always on, and easy. Simple to share calls, snippets, and enables cross departmental collaboration. What do you dislike about Gong? I wish the transcript was a little more accurate, but a lot of that comes from the speaker annunciating better. You can still play directly from the area of the transcript you may not understand.
