Trancrift seems inaccurate but I am sure this is due to different accesnt per advisor. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Gong? I love that I don't have to rely on taking notes for everything during sales calls. It's amazing to be able to listen back to a previous call before my next call. I love that it's easier to update my notes in Gong than it is in Salesforce. What do you dislike about Gong? I wish I could close/lost my deals in Gong to Salesforce. When your days are busy with meetings, it helps you remember every important details from the interaction (without necesarly having to listen to the whole recording) : really helps to save time.
