What do you like best about Gong? Call transcriptions & key words! Really cool alert feature. What do you dislike about Gong? Nothing at all to my knowledge! I'm not a primary user though. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? It serves as a record of calls as opposed to notes, which can vary a lot between people.

What do you like best about Gong? I like how there are bars that show who is speaking. Very useful. What do you dislike about Gong? As an SDR, this isn't as useful as it would be for an AE. I see the value for an AE but SDRs don't need it as much as an AE would. What do you like best about Gong? It auto records calls with prospects and transcribes the calls. Also love the library feature so reps can listen to calls/snippets easily. What do you dislike about Gong? The deal section needs some enhancements, calls are analyzed by host vs speaker, and more analytics on each rep would be valuable.
