What do you like best about Gong? A great tool to understand how our sales teams engage with our cusotmers without the pressure of someone listening in. What do you dislike about Gong? audio to text is not always perfect transcript. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? im not able to be on every call to hear every customer pain point, so helpful to review why our customers need our help.

What do you like best about Gong? Just being able to find and play back recordings of meetings and presentations is huge. But being able to search for keywords and find specific recordings by the company and participants names is fantastic. What do you dislike about Gong? Haven't found anything I don't like yet. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Not having to listen to an entire conversation to find one thing that was discussed. Being able to have my managers provide corrective criticism

What do you like best about Gong? The ability to break up the calls and search for key words What do you dislike about Gong? not easy to navigate to find my calls specifically. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? it's allowing my manager to not just listen to my calls, but to understand my tone, the rapport i'm setting with my clients, and making sure i'm hitting key details and expectations with them. What do you like best about Gong? I love to be able to rewatch meetings or read the transcripts of meetings to get details I may have missed in my notes. I also like the follow-up reminder items, or reminders to ping certain deals that may be at risk. The morning reminders of what meetings are coming up and evening reminders of what to do before you quit for the day are helpful. What do you dislike about Gong? Some of the feedback doesn't help like when it says to increase my patience but ...

What do you like best about Gong? I love that my calls go right into Gong and I don't have to do any extra steps. With everything being automated Gong makes my life so much easier. What do you dislike about Gong? Gong does take a bit long to load after you click on something within the application. Truly not a huge deal just gets annoying sometimes.
