What do you like best about Gong? Automatically having calls saved and searchable is huge. Allows us to cut through the clutter to find exactly what we need. What do you dislike about Gong? Privacy concerns from clients and internally have come up. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Really helps with tracking history and getting context for projects.

What do you like best about Gong? The most helpful aspect of Gong is being able to see how much time I spent talking as opposed to the client. "Perfect for Reviewing Calls"

What do you like best about Gong? It is great to have the transcript attached to the video so you can search key words! What do you dislike about Gong? Searching for a specific call is sometimes tricky because you have to have exact wording What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? There is siginifcant time between Sales speaking with the customer and then closing the deal, so it is perfect for reviewing the initial conversations.
