I dislike the fact that on gong we're unable to tag which specific contact is on a deal so on the activity tab on the deal we see activities to all contacts within the company which makes it really confusing to get quick updated on deals. "Good software for reviewing your calls to get feedback especially when working remote"

What do you like best about Gong? Getting call feedback and coaching when working remote. Listening back to old calls to see which areas I could improve. What do you dislike about Gong? Really do not have many complaints with the system. It works as intended and I get to have feedback even from remote areas. What problems is Gong solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to continue coaching and feedback in a remote environment.
