What do you like best about Gong? Gong makes it super easy to review my calls, prepare for new calls, and see at a high level how I am doing splitting up the conversation. Their ability to search all calls and accounts make it great for understanding the calls What do you dislike about Gong? There is not much to dislike. What do you like best about Gong? Gong is very Easy to Use. Transcribes the call so that you can read the transcription even if you don't have time to listen to the whole call. Shows action Items after the call What do you dislike about Gong? You should work on your transcription; some of the words Gong identifies are wrong. The tool is expensive. Tons of recordings to sift through. Best way to search is to type the name of the video call you're trying to find.
