What do you like best about GoCardless? Nothing. The entire point of a money transfer company is to transfer money. So far, they haven't lived up to their side of the transaction. What do you like best about GoCardless? Subscription Payments and integration with our Backend system to take client payments via Dorect Debit What do you dislike about GoCardless? When a payment fails, I don’t this it automatically retrys. Would be good if GoCardless could also take card payments like stripe but maybe fundamentally moving away from their business model. "Stop using PayPal for invoicing. Use GoCardless."

What do you like best about GoCardless? Low fees (much lower than PayPal). Easy to automate. What do you dislike about GoCardless? For some clients, setting up the 1st time can be confusing. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? I can invoice correctly using Xero and GoCardless with fewer fees and without having my money held for no reason (PayPal).

What do you like best about GoCardless? Simple way to keep track of customer payments from their bank accounts. Fees are much better than CC fees What do you dislike about GoCardless? Nothing really, it works out of the box and the company is helpful and efficient What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Proactively setting up bank account debits rather than worrying about the customer doing it

What do you like best about GoCardless? Easy to use. Good customer service. Integrates well with other platforms. Good reporting. Used it for years never had any problems. Cheaper than other products. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Being DD it takes longer than other platforms to receive money. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Recurring payments no longer have to do manual payments. Can see who has paid and who has not. Time to sort out other things ...

What do you like best about GoCardless? GoCardless offers a simple and straightforward process for ensuring payments from customers are on time. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Having used GoCardless for over 12 months I have not encountered any negative issues so far. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Cash flow, credit control and management of daily accounts.
