Waste of time
Waste of time. After setting up an account and passing checks, I set up direct debits with my clients, only for GoCardless to close my account without explanation. This has happened after trying to reopen an account too. Absolutely pointless company, and looking at the other reviews, I’m not alone. Very poor and cumbersome system that…
Very poor and cumbersome system that doesn’t offer any benefit to my business. Took three attempts to set my business in the first place. Kept sending my identification across and they kept requesting it. First payment from a client took several weeks to arrive. Second payment showed as pending for seven days. Before they paid it they cancelled the payment without explanation. Requested information why and no reply. Have now removed this facility from my invoices. Dashboard carries bo ...

Steer clear of this organisation, they claim to make payments easier for the business and customer - but unfortunately this is simply not the case. In fact they will slow down your payment and take a generous fee for the pleasure. I have wasted time and energy trying to communicate with the team at GoCardless with no resolution in sight. Great automation for a start up at a great price
As a small tech start up, trackerhub needed a payment platform that gave us flexibility to collect monthly subscriptions easily or one off annual ‘upfront‘ subs. Also an ability to easily amend subs as new services are taken on. The clever API ensures our platform drafts an invoice for the client on the date of origination of the payment (just prior to collection) so really aids our operational automation and professionalism too.

Easy to use
It was simple to migrate our members to GoCardless. Ahmed gave prompt and helpful answers to my questions. The integration between GoCardless and SheepCRM is great. We previously ran a manual Direct Debit system that took a few weeks to setup new Direct Debits. Now it takes less than 2 minutes!

Go an issue with payments not arriving…
Go an issue with payments not arriving to the company bank so jumped on a called with Wasiq, their support agent He was friendly, patient and very useful on resolving my issue Five star from my end :)
