"It Just Works!"
What do you like best about GoCardless? Payments are always on time and my clients prefer payments to be made from their bank account on a regular basis. What do you like best about GoCardless? The integration with Xero. The flexabiity and speed of operation. The ease of use and the friendly support and advice. What do you dislike about GoCardless? What do you like best about GoCardless? One of the challenges of business is making things scalable. If taking twice as many customers takes twice as much work then there is an upper bound on your profit. What do you like best about GoCardless? Makes collecting money so much simpler for us. You get customer to sign up and if it links with an app like ours all you have to do is press one button and your monies on its way and the accounts are automatically updated. What do you like best about GoCardless? Easy to use and it works resulting in getting paid easier What do you dislike about GoCardless? Takes a bit long to get funds and not all clients want to be on it. Recommendations to others considering GoCardless: Definitely worth trialing it to see if it suits your business. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Cashflow is better with the clients that use it.

"Very easy product to use"
What do you like best about GoCardless? Simplicity of setting up a DD for a customer to pay a regular or one off invoice. The process is very easy and in less than a minute you can have sent the request for your customer to set up the DD. All they need to enter is their name, company name and bank details and that is it. Once the DD is set up you get an email confirming this and you can then request the payment. Once payment is made you receive a summary of who has paid you in an email. The ...
