What do you like best about GoCardless? Simplicity of setting up a DD for a customer to pay a regular or one off invoice. The process is very easy and in less than a minute you can have sent the request for your customer to set up the DD. All they need to enter is their name, company name and bank details and that is it. Once the DD is set up you get an email confirming this and you can then request the payment. Takes a bit long to get funds and not all clients want to be on it. Recommendations to others considering GoCardless: Definitely worth trialing it to see if it suits your business. What do you like best about GoCardless? The easy integrations with majority of the cloud based accounting products available. What do you dislike about GoCardless? To be truthful, I've not found anything I dislike about it. Recommendations to others considering GoCardless: Use GoCardless as it's effortless. What do you like best about GoCardless? I save so much time. It's easy to manage for me and easy for clients to sign up to. It also has great customer service. What do you dislike about GoCardless? There aren't any downsides. GC even made it easy to pause subscriptions when the pandemic began. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Time saving and efficiency. I now get paid on time by clients.

The best thing about the GoCardless platform is that all the hard work is done for you.All the links after setting up the payment plans are handled by them with the customer banks. What do you like best about GoCardless? The best thing about GoCardless is that the fees are so much lower than my other merchant accounts. If you use Xero, the integration with GoCardless saves so much time and is highly recommended if you do recurring billing. When we get a new retainer client, I create a recurring invoice in Xero.
