What do you like best about GoCardless? I like the ability of having multiple subscriptions for different online services I sell, and being able to customise the recurrence settings as well as the payment dates. Another cool feature I really like is being able to monitor pending transactions, my current list of costumers, as well as a history of payouts and refunds. "GC has been great for business"
What do you like best about GoCardless? What I have found is that it has helped manage payments for pay monthly clients. We have cut down the time of chasing payments and love that it notifies us when someone has cancelled their direct debit. It has created a more seamless process which has cut admin time down. What do you dislike about GoCardless? There is not much we dislike as a business. When we first started using it, we didn't like the fee part but built that into our monthly retainer ...

"Great service but pricier options might not be worth the money"
What do you like best about GoCardless? Simple to use. Integrates quite well with Xero. Help desk is really helpful and responds proactively. What do you dislike about GoCardless? The cost of the better products are quite a leap up in price from the basic product. It is sometimes unclear which interface to use to solve problems. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Quicker payment processing. Improved cashflow. Reduced payment admin. Reduced bookkeeping.
