What do you like best about GoCardless? Payment automation is the best part of GoCardless What do you dislike about GoCardless? At the moment I am happy with everything. I understand that the commission GoCardless receives is fair What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? I automate the collections from my clients and forget about them. Then I receive the money in my account comfortably.

What do you like best about GoCardless? The repeat payments feature is the best for me. It keeps on top of the transactions that are often small and take time to chase in. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Sometimes you need to re-link a client to ensure it actually pics up the payment from the right email address - more a settings issue, and depends on what email address is used when the client signs up. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Cashflow, time.

So easy, just key in customers email address, a space for free text from us, just so the end customer knows the email they receive isn't random, then when set up how much you want to take each month and everything else is done for you. What do you like best about GoCardless? I love the fact that we raise invoices in Xero and GoCardless instantly picks them up, matches them to a mandate and triggers the payment. What do you like best about GoCardless? GoCardless is easy for customers to use because they don't need their credit or debit cards, just their bank details. What do you like best about GoCardless? What I have found is that it has helped manage payments for pay monthly clients. We have cut down the time of chasing payments and love that it notifies us when someone has cancelled their direct debit. It has created a more seamless process which has cut admin time down.
