What do you like best about GoCardless? Simple process for both the business to take payments and for Customers to sign-up. The process is really simple. The set and forget recurring payments is really good but this is available in other payment software. The best thing with Gocardless is it allows direct debit from bank accounts which is a superior method in terms of ongoing administration of customer's payment details for direct debit. What do you like best about GoCardless? Payment automation is the best part of GoCardless What do you dislike about GoCardless? At the moment I am happy with everything. I understand that the commission GoCardless receives is fair What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? I automate the collections from my clients and forget about them. What do you like best about GoCardless? The repeat payments feature is the best for me. It keeps on top of the transactions that are often small and take time to chase in. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Sometimes you need to re-link a client to ensure it actually pics up the payment from the right email address - more a settings issue, and depends on what email address is used when the client signs up.
