Easy to use and good customer service
Very easy to use and it's been great to be able to test different scenarios in the sandbox. We appreciate the alerts when new customers sign-up or cancellations happen.The only downside has been that the process of switching all our direct debits over from our previous provider was bit confusing.

A very easy to use system for my fitness clients to pay me and means I don’t need to chase them each month as the money just comes out. I also had a couple of questions one day so sent a message to customer services and they were very helpful. Answered my original question and then any questions I had after that.

The GoCardless experience has provided for our charity exactly what we wanted. As an 80 year old, not so computer literate I did require help in some areas which was very well provided by the GC help team

I'm still in the integration process
I'm still in the integration process. I completed part 1 in no time at all, very good documentation and library. 5* for that.However, the sandbox works in real time, maybe slower. I initiated a (test) direct debit 8 days ago. Had to wait 8 days for this fake test sandbox payment to go through. There's no way to manually trigger this in the sandbox. This makes no sense. Every day I'm checking if the test sandbox payment has gone through so I can see if the webhook worked as expected.This is ...

Fraudulent direct debit
I have LPA for my vulnerable 88 year old mother. I have found that she has unknowingly had £199.95 withdrawn from her bank account by Direct Debit. According to the bank this was by Go Cardless. This transaction is a scam and a fraudulent activity. Go Cardless should be ashamed of themselves for taking unauthorised money from an elderly vulnerable person. I don't know how they scraped / obtained the sort code / account number but I am reporting this to Action Fraud / Which? / and whoever ...
