Such a great tool to make room for creative thinking

I started using GoCardless last year to bring ease into my automatic payment plans. Working with mulitple clients it can be challenging to keep track of the due dates of payments and reminding each client every month would be a hassle. So grateful for amazing tools like this one.Like that I don't have to worry about anything and can completely focus on other tasks and taking care of my clients :)

"Really efficient and affordable"

What do you like best about GoCardless? efficiency and small fees rates. No issues What do you dislike about GoCardless? We have used gocardless for years

We have used gocardless for years. Having set up a new account for a new business we have been halted at our launch day with error code 403. No one has responded to our emails and we are now not able to proceed with the launch.

Easy to use and good customer service

Very easy to use and it's been great to be able to test different scenarios in the sandbox. We appreciate the alerts when new customers sign-up or cancellations happen.The only downside has been that the process of switching all our direct debits over from our previous provider was bit confusing.
