Quite pleased with the functionality/service so far. We picked GoCardless because it integrates seamlessly with our accounting software (Xero). This piece has been fantastic allowing two way integration. Makes my life much easier from a reconciliation standpoint. Such a great tool to make room for creative thinking

I started using GoCardless last year to bring ease into my automatic payment plans. Working with mulitple clients it can be challenging to keep track of the due dates of payments and reminding each client every month would be a hassle. So grateful for amazing tools like this one.Like that I don't have to worry about anything and can completely focus on other tasks and taking care of my clients :)

Good functional tool

The GoCardless system is a very good tool for taking DD payments from customers, but does need much closer integration with the accounting platforms to be really effective. The GoCardless for Xero application needs much tighter integration with Xero itself to enable the Xero user to see which customers actually have a live DD set up. If this feature existed, my score would have had 2 extra stars!
