simple way to collect payments
Go Cardless has made collecting our payments much easier. We now have over 90% of customers signed up which means that we don't have to worry about getting paid as we know it will arrive on team monthly.

Great platform
Great platform for collecting DDs. The data entry forms are excellent and really user friendly, the service is reliable and the customer service team are friendly and helpful.

Poor support
Support has declined rapidly over the last few years. I called support earlier this week over an issue - they were unable to resolve it - putting me on hold twice, the second time for 15 minutes, until the line went quiet, so I hung up.

GoCardless has allowed me to…
GoCardless has allowed me to consolidate my payment systems and for a better price than having multiple merchants. Reconciliation is easy too as it links in with Xero, I don't need to do anything!! So time saver too.

Excellent platform for collecting subs…
Excellent platform for collecting subs and event payments for local scout group. Parents love it and so do leaders as it links seamlessly with OSM.

Hält das was es verspricht. Leider ist der Support nur verdammt langsam. Und ich würde mir noch ein preiswerteres Abonnement wünschen.
