An excellent company to work with

I have separated my company into two
I have separated my company into two, so tried to change my bank details. They have been unable to change them, so I have asked to just leave it and just pay it into my old ones. They are now holding thousands of pounds for weeks, you can not call anyone and email responses take at least three days. Poor customer service.

Great payment provider with multiple integrations to other software including Xero, ensuring I get paid on time every time and have no bad debt from clients. Recommended.

Gocardless has been a boon to our Club
Gocardless has been a boon to our Club. Collecting of our monthly fees has been totally efficient, any problems we have had has been dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend their services.

We use GoCardless to collect our club…
We use GoCardless to collect our club dues on a monthly basis. Since switching to DD fee collection we have had far better membership set up and renewal. There have been no problems with the service end the reasonable fees mean that we are happy to recommend the service.

ESTAFADORES
Despues de un mes, despues de todas las verificaciones necesarias, cobran a los clientes y deciden unilateralmente cancelar la cuenta, y luego el dinero RETENIDO de MIS clientes se lo quedan y me dicen que los clientes deben hablar con el banco.... son simple y llanamente unos ESTAFADORES que te hacen perder el tiempo y juegan al desgaste emocional con tal de quedarse el DINERO DE OTROS una estrella me parece mucho deberia existir la posibilidad de dar - 5 estrellas

Paying Customer Viewpoint
As a customer, I needed to change the account that 2 direct debits came from. I was placed in a queue for 2nd line support, estimating 9 minutes connection. After 21 minutes, I hung up and redialled the first line operator, who told me that was the only way and offered to place me back in the same queue.This poor customer service reflects on the 2 service providers who are using GC for payments. I've cancelled them both and will look elsewhere.

Perfect Payment Solution!
I have been using GoCardless for the past couple of months and it's been a fantastic help! Such a relief not having to chase customers for payment and eliminates any hassle for them remembering to pay! It's the perfect solution!Brilliant. Best thing I have done this year! :)
