"It works, it's pretty simple, in fact I just let it do its thing and hardly have to touch it."

What do you like best about GoCardless? It's quick, simple, efficient. It just works, and when it doesn't work, it's normally not it's fault, (users and complex bank accounts ug). Such a terrible service,

Such a terrible service,As a new customer!!!! Was waiting more than 2 hours on the phone and my called answer 5 times by different advisors, no one was willing to provide me information and just kept me in the queue and did not get any information in the end.Awful service

No Support when your money does not process

On numerous occasions when payments have not appeared in my Go Cardless portal, I must contact support. Unfortunately, support is incredibly slow to respond initially and then each time you exchange information it can take weeks to get a answer. The charges are ludicrous, and I will be looking at the competition as soon as possible.

Payment processing quicker but....

On the whole it has made some payment processing quicker and easier of certain things like annual membership. There isn't a huge take up of paying by direct debit by our customers so we have various payment options.

I am a new Bookkeeping Practice. I never used GoCardless before and I was nervous to sign up. I am very pleased that I did. The support to understand “how it works” and “onboarding my Practice ”, was very straightforward. The training videos and resources steps were brilliant.
