"Saves money, saves time and saves effort"

What do you like best about GoCardless? Once my customers have signed up to GoCardless I see my customer retentions go up as they are showing commitment to my products. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Integrate it with Quickbooks. It takes 4 to 6 days for funds debited to customers to reach my bank account. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Avoiding high Paypal charges and save time with payments that have to be deferred with holidays etc.

What do you like best about GoCardless? Very easy to setup and use. Reasonable rates and payout, with continuous improvements and innovation. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Not a fault of GC itself, but some third-party integrations haven't worked too well. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about GoCardless? The ease of use and its integration into my invoice software. It also allows me to reduce the amount of work my customer has to do to pay invoices. What do you dislike about GoCardless? It can be harder to cancel DD if a refund is required as I have to ask the support team to do this, but they are fast and very helpful so its not a big issue. What do you like best about GoCardless? We use Gocardless and QuickBooks integration. We can send signups and create payment requests from within our accounts package. QuickBooks them marks the invoice as paid when the money arrives in the bank. What do you dislike about GoCardless? What do you like best about GoCardless? The ease that I can collect my direct debts and everythig runs smoothly What do you dislike about GoCardless? You have to login to go cardless then loginto go cardless for xero you cant go straight into the xero version this would save a little time What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? we now get paid on time with no need to chase customers

What do you like best about GoCardless? Giving customers a Direct Debit facility is very professional and easy to collect payments. What do you dislike about GoCardless? The fees will always be something that I dislike, but GoCardless is not the most expensive provider out there. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Chasing payments is a thing of the past.

"So much less admin for recurring payments thanks to GoCardless"

What do you like best about GoCardless? I use GoCardless in conjunction with Quickbooks. It's easy to set up and easy for my clients to sign up to as well. Whenever a recurring invoice gets raised automatically in Quickbooks, GoCardless will take the payment on its due date and reconciles the invoice. It saves so much admin time. What do you like best about GoCardless? We currently use G2 - Go Cardless to collect our annual membership subscriptions - this means lots of payments come in in one lump sum not only this but this also means the postings to our accounts package happen automatically.
