I have just seen £22.50 taken out of my bank account as a direct debit! I cannot remember agreeing to any transaction for this amount! I will investigate with my bank and find out exactly what this is for!

Many weeks attempting to verify my bank account. Should be easy, right? WRONG. Between a combination of errors, processing problems, and COMPLETE INCOMPETENCY, I have completely given up on trying to use this service. Unfortunate that Xero does not offer other options for ACH transactions, or I would ditch these scam artists in a heartbeat. COMPLETE INCOMPETENT, canned responses, no support, error upon error, glitch upon glitch, problematic, nightmare of a company.

FRAUD

FRAUD!!!! They hacked my bank details and used them without my permission!!! I ended up changing not just my card but my bank account too!!!

Lo cierto es que no entiendo los comentarios negativos. Trabajo con ellos hace 2 años remesando unos 2000€ al mes y jamás he tenido un impago que no fuera por parte de mi cliente. Los plazos son 10 días máximo hasta que tengo el dinero en mi cuenta y los precios me parecen correctos. No les pongo las 5 estrellas por carecer de soporte telefónico en español, aun que yo nunca he necesitado llamarles.Han mejorado en enviar facturas de su comisión de forma mensual.

Betrüger! Hier werden Gelder nicht ausgezahlt! Rechtsanwalt ist eingeschaltet. Ein Jahr ging alles gut und auf einmal muss alles Monate geprüft werden. Sehr unfreundlicher Service. Alles nur per E-Mail. Meine Kunden werden belästigt von GoCardless.
