Love GoCardless.

I like technology I can forget about because it just works. GoCardless seamlessly integrates with my accounts package, takes payment automatically and has virtually zero maintenance. It's fire and forget technology that doesn't let you down.

As a small business

As a small business, I needed a direct debit collection system, having spoken to various banks and other organisations, I was introduced to Go cardless. This was nearly 5 years ago. We are still happily using Go cardless.

Long term user

Used GoCardless from Q4 2019 across multiple accounts and may 100s of payments & find the process v clear & useful. Have been offered better £ pricing due to volumes and so look forwards to working with them on an ongoing basis.

A good experience

We've been using GoCardless for a few years now and couldn't be happier. It works beautifully, is very easy to use and on the odd occasion when we've had to enquire about something we have found their support staff to be very helpful.

Again I am having over £100 per month…

Again I am having over £100 per month taken out of my business account by Go Cardless. I have never signed up to any agreement with them, I have never heard of them.I have no idea why and the phone response is long and they want more info from me than giving me info.This happened before a few years back and I got my money back, eventually.

Nous sommes clients de GoCardLess depuis 2018, sans aucun problème. Lors d'un retour client en 2021, nous avons constaté que l'adresse de notre siège social n'était pas à jour sur l'interface client. Nous avons donc transférer un KBIS a jour. Notre compte a été bloqué et GCL estime ne pas être en mesure de valider notre compte. Nous avons donc 15000€ de prélèvement client bloqués chez Gocardless de manière définitive, la décision de GCL étant irrévocable. Nous écrirons donc également a la ...

If someone wants to know how scamming…

If someone wants to know how scamming and illiteracy works, they should use Gocardless. They are taking all your documents and then you will be disabled for no reason. They will simply told you we cant share reason with you. deserve no STAR.
