What do you like best about GoCardless? Setting up a new client is effortless and very frictionless - monitoring payments and keeping track of many clients is also very easy. What do you dislike about GoCardless? The fees - I know they're a necessity, and to be fair, the cost incurred is fastly less than the time/effort to pursue clients for payment. What do you like best about GoCardless? Ease of use and easy to review the payouts. Good value for money. What do you dislike about GoCardless? The Plans management can be a bit fiddly. Recommendations to others considering GoCardless: If you are setting up plans remember to use the gross figure (including VAT) if appropriate. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? I am getting more reliable payments; previously I had to chase clients for payment.

Der perfekte Anbieter für wiederkehrende Lastschriften und Zahlungspläne!

GoCardless war einer der wenigen Anbieter, bei dem ich intuitiv und kurz nach der Registrierung, die Zahlungspläne einrichten konnte, die für meinen Kunden in der konkreten Situation notwendig waren. Meine Kunden waren damit in der Lage ohne jede weitere Rücksprache über den Link die Zahlungen einzurichten. Die Gebühren liegen deutlich unter denen anderer Anbieter und die Usability des Portals überzeugt auf ganzer Linie.

Great way for small business to collect payments, particularly set up regular Direct Debits. Very reasonable charges and very fast payout. Also links to Digital Accounting packages well for collection of Direct Debit payment of invoices from customers.

A good experience

We've been using GoCardless for a few years now and couldn't be happier. It works beautifully, is very easy to use and on the odd occasion when we've had to enquire about something we have found their support staff to be very helpful.

As a small business

As a small business, I needed a direct debit collection system, having spoken to various banks and other organisations, I was introduced to Go cardless. This was nearly 5 years ago. We are still happily using Go cardless.

Long term user

Used GoCardless from Q4 2019 across multiple accounts and may 100s of payments & find the process v clear & useful. Have been offered better £ pricing due to volumes and so look forwards to working with them on an ongoing basis.
