It is very simple to use and straight forward What do you dislike about GoCardless? some payments get stuck as "pending" and it can be a confusing as how to resolve. Recommendations to others considering GoCardless: Makes invoice payments very easy What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Paid invoices all done very quickly and effortlessly.

What do you like best about GoCardless? Setting up a new client is effortless and very frictionless - monitoring payments and keeping track of many clients is also very easy. What do you dislike about GoCardless? The fees - I know they're a necessity, and to be fair, the cost incurred is fastly less than the time/effort to pursue clients for payment. What do you like best about GoCardless? Ease of use and easy to review the payouts. Good value for money. What do you dislike about GoCardless? The Plans management can be a bit fiddly. Recommendations to others considering GoCardless: If you are setting up plans remember to use the gross figure (including VAT) if appropriate. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? I am getting more reliable payments; previously I had to chase clients for payment.
