Gocardless support staff are a really nice, pleasant bunch and they're also knowledgeable and get you the answer you want fast. I rate their customer service very highly, which is something I don't often say

What do you like best about GoCardless? Saves me money, low fees and is easy to use. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Support could be a touch faster, I'd love more integrations and more native invoicing ability inside it. Recommendations to others considering GoCardless: I'd definitely dive in and use GoCardless. Un desastre
Un desastre, la plataforma es muy poco flexible, cuesta mucho verificar la cuenta y luego te la bloquean sin aviso. Aún estando bloqueada le cobran a los clientes sin previo aviso y no rectifican. Cuando abres incidencia no responden o lo hacen muy vagamente y cierran el ticket. Un desastre.

Great customer support
I gave GoCardless support a call as a user, not yet signed up but with lots of questions as a Salesforce Admin working with web developer who be leading the GoCardless integration. GoCardless were really understanding about my need for enquiry and took 35 minutes to let me go through a list of questions, answering really fully and sending email links afterwards. Spoke to Moises who made it really easy to understand.
