What do you like best about GoCardless? Saves me money, low fees and is easy to use. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Betrüger

Obwohl das Konto verifiziert und bestätigt wurde, werden Kundenlastschriften einfach einbehalten und nicht auf das verifizierte Referenzkonto ausbezahlt. Es kam eine Email wo irgendeine Prüfung stattfindet und auf diese Email hin wurden weitere Informationen meinerseits zur Verfügung gestellt und es passiert einfach nichts. Es meldet sich kein Support und kommt einfach nichts zurück. Betrüger. Finger weg. Anwalt wurde schon eingeschaltet.

Un desastre, la plataforma es muy poco flexible, cuesta mucho verificar la cuenta y luego te la bloquean sin aviso. Aún estando bloqueada le cobran a los clientes sin previo aviso y no rectifican. Cuando abres incidencia no responden o lo hacen muy vagamente y cierran el ticket. Un desastre.

Great customer support

I gave GoCardless support a call as a user, not yet signed up but with lots of questions as a Salesforce Admin working with web developer who be leading the GoCardless integration. GoCardless were really understanding about my need for enquiry and took 35 minutes to let me go through a list of questions, answering really fully and sending email links afterwards. Spoke to Moises who made it really easy to understand.

Excellent customer support from Liam!

Liam went over and beyond to help me with GoCardless + Xero integration which wasn't probably set up properly from my side. He was quickly able to analyze the problem and find a solution. I was really happy for his help and we remain happy GoCardless customers in Ireland and in France!
