Wir sind zwar erst seit Kurzem Kunde von GoCardless, ich kann aber nur positives berichten. Die Einrichtung unseres Accounts ging unproblematisch und schnell. Die erforderlichen Dokumente kann man direkt hochladen. Schon nach wenigen Tagen konnten wir unsere ersten Kunden anlegen und Lastschriften einziehen. What do you like best about GoCardless? GoCardless enables us to start collecting Direct Debit payments without the hassle and delays of approaching our bank. What do you dislike about GoCardless? There are no real downsides for me to mention. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed to auto collect payments for subscriptions and one-off payments. We now can wich has increased our cash flow and reduced the amount of time we wait for customers to pay.

Great service, a real pleasure to deal with

Gocardless support staff are a really nice, pleasant bunch and they're also knowledgeable and get you the answer you want fast. I rate their customer service very highly, which is something I don't often say
