Regular payments just work. No Dramas, No Fuss. The dashboard is clear and easy to use. I download the transactions every month and upload them to our accounting system, so bookkeeping is straightforward. "Very useful tool"

What do you like best about GoCardless? Ability to set up DD and one off payments What do you dislike about GoCardless? It took a while to get an issue resolved even though I emailed support What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? This is great for credit control. I can offer my clients monthly payments without having to chase more invoices than necessary

Je n'attribue pas cette note au produit, qui dans l'ensemble fonctionne bien, mais au service support français qui est catastrophique! Cela fait des mois que j'essaye d'ajouter des comptes bénéficiaires à ma plateforme multi-comptes, et on ne cesse de me renvoyer vers un ajout via des API alors que je ne suis PAS développeur.
