"Game Changer for our Business"

What do you like best about GoCardless? A viable alternative to move clients over to a direct debit arrangement. Low fees and more surety of payment than credit card. Clients rarely change bank accounts unlike credit cards. Syncs really nicely with Xero too and easy reconciliation. What do you dislike about GoCardless? It's a bit clunky using 2 x different platforms (the main GoCardless one and their Xero platform). Also if a client does change bank accounts it's difficult to action ...

Not for large volume businesses…

Not for large volume businesses processing hundreds of thousands or more per month. After negotiating a typical volume discount a few years back and spending a lot of time integrating with GoCardless, they are now trying to raise rates for transactions to eye watering levels whilst adding on higher rates and extra fees for things that simply never existed before in the BACs space such as even higher fees for refunds, failed payments, payment retires etc. It’s disappointing their sales team ...

Don’t waste your time

Don’t waste your time. I gave them my personal information setup my new business got my new customers.Then they blocked my account for a review.They just didn’t care They are careless This has happened to many customers in the past of you look back on over reviews some customers had over 1000 customers then they got there account blocked. Go cardless are probably going to try and reply to this review to make them selfs look good.Don’t bother go card less !!….

"Exceptional and affordable"

What do you like best about GoCardless? The ease of use and pricing, it's incomparable. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Nothing to be honest, except maybe a way to avoid failed transactions. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving missed payments by having things intelligently retried

It would help to have an app Recommendations to others considering GoCardless: No advice, it's up to them what they do What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Simply amazing!

My company has used GoCardless for quite a few years. We use it via cleaner planner and the whole integration is amazing. Customer service is efficient and very helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better company. I could write a book on how much time and money they save us!
