What do you like best about GoCardless? I started using GC in 2016, when looking for a good value DD solution. I found the Banks did not do it well. I tried this for regular accountancy fees and have not looked back. Settig up DDs is simple with a great sign up process, which is secure. Payments are collected on time and paid out, to me within one working day. Currently there are no charges for returned payments. The worst payment provider so far they are just Careless !!! Don't waste your time or energy !!!I have a legit business that respects all they're requirements and policies , so they let me set up and activate my account (after long days of waiting) ! Do Not Use this Company

After being invited by gocardless to use their Service I applied as a number of my clients would like to use and prefer a direct debit.My Account was activated and then closed without Explanation or Ability to rectify.Payment was not refunded and customer service has a poor attitude and their Complaint teams are incompetent and only parrot a mantra irrelevant of Facts.Thankfully this wasnt a ongoing relationship as I'm sure as with other reviews it would have been even more unprofessional ...

Any one reading this please read all the negative reviews gocardless has. they company is a scam and they take advantage of small business!! The verification team will close your account without warming or reason as soon as you start gaining more payments and will never give you back the funds nor refund the customer. If they try to remove this review i will submit screenshots and evidence to trustpilot! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANYTHING THEY PROMOTE

Absolutely the worst company to deal…

Absolutely the worst company to deal with. Save yourself the headache and trouble this will cause your business. They closed my account without emailing me and waited an entire week for contact me after I reached out to them without any response and today they just told me they will close my account for no response at all after 2 of my customers has paid. STAY FAR AWAY FROM GoCardless because they are clearly scammer.

I run a business that builds logos for other brands. I thought gocardless would be a good idea as I have customers who pay monthly. Everything seemed smooth at first and I had a few small customers come through. Managed to build a good customer base and all of a sudden I saw my payouts not arrive. I emailed them and they told me they closed my account. Didn't give a reason at all and told me that the money in my gocardless will not be deposited to me.... So basically theft. There is no way ...
