What do you like best about GoCardless? Gocardless is so easy to use and set up. invoices are uploaded instantly so you can see where they are in the process and when you will get paid. What do you like best about GoCardless? The easy to use platform that enables my clients to pay for serivces with ease. Also, allowing clients to add their card or bank details for recurring payments maked setting up Direct Debits a breeze. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Ich bin selbstständig und habe lange für 2 Aufträge gearbeitet, bis der Kunde das Lastschriftmandat unterschrieben hat. Zuerst war der Verkäufer von gocardless sehr nett. Alles war eingerichtet und 2 Kunden haben dem Mandat zugestimmt. Einen Tag bevor die erste Abbuchung erfolgen sollte, wurde mein Konto aus heiterem Himmel gesperrt. Ich habe x-mal versucht dort anzurufen, ohne Erfolg. Ich habe keinen Grund erfahren und weiß auch nicht warum diese Sperrung kam. Eine Mail - fertig! Warum?! ...

Useless and frustating verifcation…

Useless and frustating verifcation team. There customer support can not help with the setting up and verifcation of accounts. I did ask for a number or to be transferred to the verification team and was quoted that they only work over email due to compliance. I find this utter rubbish due to the fact i can ring and verify myself to my bank and freely talk about services over the phone..I did want to use gocardless but needed it set up 3 days ago and still having email converstation which ...

Problem sorted quickly

I have only had a couple of instances where I had to use gocardless support, and each time my request has been dealt with in a polite and quick manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending an organisation collecting fees or subs to use gocardless.
