What do you like best about GoCardless? Easy for clients to sign up, their fees are minimal, and there is a web portal which interfaces nicely with Xero What do you dislike about GoCardless? There is no phone number to call for help. It is via a web portal, and no chat function on their website. Problems can be tedious and slow to resolve. i love the simplicity of Gocardless

i love the simplicity of Gocardless. Our payments from customers are taken seamlessly, customers get notifications, we get paid, we report on who hasn't paid, it's all really well thought out and we don't have to worry about issues. Service staff are quick to respond but having used gocardless for two years now, i believe I have contacted them only twice and they have been quick to resolve.
