"An easy payment solution for a business"

What do you like best about GoCardless? I run the subscription for a football club and GoCardless allows us to automatically set the subs as individual payments or part of a subscription. We know instantly if a parent cancels their payment and we can act accordingly. What do you dislike about GoCardless? "Simple to use and flexible"

What do you like best about GoCardless? Ease of use and ability to vary the payments if the client's invoice alters. What do you dislike about GoCardless? There is nothing to dislike. Except for perhaps the charges! What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to take small payments that would otherwise require time and effort to chase in.

What do you like best about GoCardless? The ability to collect direct debits easily and one-off payments! Fees are reasonable compared to some other providers. Third-party integration is also good. What do you like best about GoCardless? Fast and reliable payout, I work with them for more than 5 years, and all the time they were in my background and support my business to create more and more sales. What do you dislike about GoCardless? "Simple, easy to use software that has never made direct debits easier"

What do you like best about GoCardless? The fact that is a direct debit fails, the software will automatically retry multiple times until if goes through What do you dislike about GoCardless? The only downside in my opinion is there is no mobile app and the mobile browser doesn't work correctly What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? It has made it easy to decipher who has and who hasn't paid without searching through loads of transactions

What do you like best about GoCardless? Easy to integrate and allows payments to be taken without updating card details every couple of years. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Takes time to collect money, though that's not their fault - just how direct debits work! What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Making it easy for me to collect money without a monthly charge.

What do you like best about GoCardless? I've been using GoCardless for nearly 12 months. It's an easy to use reliable service and a great time saver What do you dislike about GoCardless? I use it to collect monthly membership payments, rather than requiring action from members every month

What do you like best about GoCardless? easy to use and very intuitive, detailed reports and instant What do you dislike about GoCardless? Nothing i can think of, the charges are reasonable but as a charity we would always prefer to see less charges What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? cutting out thrid party card charges and raising more funds for the charity, setting up subscriptions

"Can not live without GoCardless"

What do you like best about GoCardless? Easy to use, customer set up is superb. It gets money in to the business on time and don't have to worry about if. Plus the integration to Quickbooks is a god send What do you dislike about GoCardless? Could have a better mobile responsive site but happy to wait until an App is developed or site is improved. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? Monthly payments were an issue before but is all solved by GoCardless now

What do you like best about GoCardless? Simple to set up and use. Even for a thicko like me. What do you dislike about GoCardless? Can I say cost? Probably unfair to say that. I guess the cost is commensurate with their competitors. What problems is GoCardless solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves the problem of clients finding excuses not to pay on time. We can offer several options, which is excellent. Thank you.
