What do you like best? For both Tech Support and end customers, the Fresh Software model continuously increases their usability. The ios app is frequently updated with an outstanding gui, making it easy to monitor issues, issues and improvements. Notifications make it possible for our project to keep my eye on the beat. What do you like best? Ability to integrate with multiple platforms. Availability of management team to support, the support team is readily available and escalations have a quick response time. What do you dislike? Pricing to have more employees serve as agents What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
