"Perfect addition to the team!"

What do you like best about Freshservice? The most helpful about freshservice is that it's quick, easy and user friendly. A click of a button and people are able to submit tickets. What do you dislike about Freshservice? No dislikes about freshservice as they been very helpful throughout the whole implementation. What problems is Freshservice solving and how is that benefiting you? Freshservice helps resolve the simplicity so that end users can submit a ticket without any issues.

What do you like best about Freshservice? Freshservice it's totally intuitive tool, full of customization tickets, groups, requeriments, etc. The analytics and report system helps a lot with the KPI's of the IT department What do you dislike about Freshservice? It's a little bit expensive, but it is affordable. With the new update the report system it's a little bit tricky to handle, but nothing that we can't do with extra efford. There are no such features all features are very usefull. What problems is Freshservice solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes tasks automated and very helpful.
