Love Freshdesk and the Freshworks suite…
Love Freshdesk and the Freshworks suite of products. Easy to use, very flexible, tons of apps that are easy to integrate. Their reporting systems are still a work in progress but easy to export. Great people and fast service.

I cannot state how much the Freshdesk…
I cannot state how much the Freshdesk team has helped us in the five years or more as a support and services organization. Within Freshdesk we have all the tools to continue providing world class support to our customers. Additionally the Freshdesk team has been a great partner of ours in listening to feedback and working to better improve things for our team.

we would struggle without this important tool
Using this tool now for 5 years globally, and seen it develop in that time based on customer need to which we have benefitted. It has helped us engineer/design a process, and really have a think about understanding how we communicate with internal clients. The reporting feature provides great analytics to help improve processes. In summary this is a win for us, and we would struggle without this important tool.

Highly Recommended!!!
We have been using Freshdesk services from years now. It has always been a best experience for us with the services they provide. And the plus point is all support request's are answered within a day and are resolved within a turnaround of less then 3 days. Highly recommended!!

Freshdesk is a fine support portal
Freshdesk is a fine support portal. It does have its limitations that are frustrating but likely other support portals also have limitations. The thing that makes me most unhappy is their support. Never do they suggest a web meeting, which often would take 5 minutes to resolve an issue, vs 30 minutes to type back and forth the explain the issue, etc... Also, that chat window they have you use to interact with support is so tiny that is hard to use and gets frustrating. Lastly, they never ...

Freshdesk is wonderful!
We've been using Freshdesk for over two years now and could not be happier. It is the perfect tool to keep us in touch with our practices and helps us to be more accountable to them. I love the ease of use and the way it's laid out makes it very easy to understand our metrics. Great product!
